We wish to advise that Explorability's Support Coordination Service is ceasing due to low sustainability generally, and the NDIS Review Final Report Recommendations regarding the move to Navigators.
Assistance is being provided, as directed by the individual, to support people in transferring to another service provider of their choice.
We are sad to see our Support Coordination individuals and staff move on to other providers and wish everyone well into the future.

An Inclusive Community to Me: A Collaborative Art Project
Over the last few months, Explorability’s Outreach Team facilitated a collaborative art project in celebration of International Day of People with a Disability. We encouraged individuals to share their ideas to improve inclusivity and participation in Western Australia for people with a disability by decorating a feather, writing down their ideas and adding the feather to our mural.
The final artwork is a visual and dynamic representation of your community, working together to express the importance of welcoming, accessible and inclusive communities.
Thank you to all who contributed and to the Department of Communities for providing us with the grant to facilitate this project.
